1. Shipping Locations & Coverage

  • We ship to almost all pincodes across India.

  • If your location is unserviceable by our logistics partners, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders (or: Free shipping on orders above ₹[Amount]).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of ₹[Amount] applies to all COD orders to cover additional handling costs.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Remote / North-East Regions: 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to unexpected weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking ID along with a link to track your order in real-time.

  • You can also track your shipment by visiting the "Track Order" section on our website.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Packaging: If the outer packaging appears tampered with or severely damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery or record a clear unboxing video before opening.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost in transit by our courier partner, we will immediately send a replacement or process a 100% refund.
